Wings
Chicken wings are a universally beloved finger food known for their crispy exterior, tender meat, and endless flavor possibilities. From classic buffalo wings with tangy hot sauce to sweet and sticky barbecue variations, there's a wing for every palate and occasion.

Pack of Party wings(10 wings)
1/2 cup flour
1 quart of canola oil (dependent on size of pot I used a large one)
1 tsp pepperika
1 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp butter (per sauce)
Franks Red Hot
Optional
Sauce of choice

First, in a large bowl, combine:
½ cup Flower
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Paprika
And whisk thoroughly.

Place 5 wings into the bowl and toss until completely coated. Place them on a baking dish and arrange them in a single layer. Repeat for the other 5 wings. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Pour 2 inches of oil into a pot and heat to 375 f. Put the wings in the oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Cook them for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to maintain the oil temperature.

To make the sauce, put 1 tbsp of butter in the microwave for 1 minute and then after ¼ cup of sauce of choice. Stir until mixed and Finally add wings and make sure they are completely covered before serving on a plate.
